If your issue with eBay doesn’t fit nicely into the clickable options on their help page, it is EXTREMELY difficult to figure out how to get help. I finally figured out a couple of things.

One: The eBay customer service phone number is 866-540-3229. This was given to me over the phone when I finally reached a rep.

Two: If you hit a dead end on the clickable help options, you might (not guaranteed) be able to scroll down and click “call us” or “call me”. The first will give you a phone number option, and the second will trigger a request for them to call you. Ignore the “ask the community” option because if your clicking didn’t find the solution, the community won’t either.
